Brickyard VFX Santa Monica 3D department is currently hiring for the following freelance and full time positions:

Senior Modeler
Extensive knowledge of Maya.Strong knowledge of animation, modeling, tracking, texturing and lighting.Knowledge of MEL and/or Python Scripting.Experience working with Renderman, MentalRay and Boujou.Minimum 3 years of experience in a production environment.

Look Development & Lighting Artist
Extensive knowledge of Renderman/MToR/Renderman Studio (preferred) or MentalRay.Solid understanding of color, contrast, and lighting is required.Working knowledge of a node-based compositing system (i.e. Shake) required.Strong problem solving skills.Shader writing or modification ability a plus.Experience using MEL, Python, RSL, and Tcl.Minimum 3 years experience in a production environment.

FX Artist
Extensive knowledge of fluid dynamics, particle systems, rigid body simulations, and cloth solvers.Extensive knowledge of MEL or Python scripting required.Excellent problem solving skills.Minimum 3 years experience in a production environment.
